Payments & Refunds


If you have bought a large item such as a bed or mattress which is damaged or faulty and would like to return it, we will be able to arrive at your home and take your item away. All we ask is that your item is in pristine condition so please take care of them and where possible ensure they are in their original packaging (you can open the packaging to inspect your item).

For online and telesales orders, you can only return an item within 14 days from the date of your delivery.

For smaller items such as pillows and bed linen, simply take it back to the store you ordered it from where we will be happy to assist you. If you bought online, you can return it within 14 days by calling +91 9094099930. We will advise you on where and how to post your item back as well as help you with arranging a replacement.

We also accept clearance items and display models on the same conditions as above.



We will refund you as soon as you let us know that you want a refund or from the date that we receive your item back. Online orders will be refunded within 14 days of notification prior to delivery or 14 working days from the date we receive your item.

You will be refunded on the card that you used to pay for your item or refunded by cheque if you paid in cash or by cheque. 

If you bought the item as part of a linked saving offer (e.g. buy a bed for INR 10000 and get INR 599 worth of free bedding), you must return both items to get a full refund. If you only return the bed in the given example, you will be refunded only INR 9399 to cover the price of the bedding as you no longer qualify for the offer.

If you participated in a 'multi buy' offer (e.g. 3 for the price of 2) and return part of this order, then any saving that you would have made will be deducted from your total refund.
